Workspace

The workspace appears as the home screen of the user interface.

Description

Use the workspace to drag and drop multiple widgets, visualize data, and gain insights.

Field	Description	Notes
Query Bar	Use the query bar to perform queries against selected sources. For more information, see section Querying
Results Count	Amount of documents returned by executed query.
Advanced Query Builder	Use the Advanced Query Builder to easily build sophisticated queries. For more information see section Querying
Source Manager	Select sources to be included in queries, filtering by Community. For more information see section Sources.
Query History	Review history of queries executed against the sources. For more information, see section Query History.
User Profile	View Your User Profile. For more information, see section People Manager.
Admin Manager	Open the Manager in a new window. For more information see section Source Manager User Guide.
Options	For more information about Advanced Options, see section Advanced Options. For more information, concerning Export Options, see section Export Options.

Description:

Use Sources to select specific sources, filtering by Community.

Available Sources

Number of available sources for the selected communities.

Active Sources

Number of available sources that are active for querying.

Community

Community Selector.

Description:

Use Community Selector to filter source queries against selected communities.

Filter Communities	Type a name of a Community to filter the list.
Communities List	Place checkmarks next to the communities to be included in queries.

Refresh

Click to refresh the communities with the latest sources.

Description:

Use export options to export data in popular formats.

Copy workspace link to clipboard	Copy a "snapshot" of the current workspace as an URL.
Create PDF for current data view	Ceate a PDF "snapshot" of the current view.
Export JSON for current data	Export JSON for current data returned by the query.
Create RSS feed for current query	Create RSS feed and subscribe using blog reader of choice, to stay up-to-date with changes to sources/documents,

Provides a recent history of query terms presented to the platform.
