System Message Overview
System message can be used by administrators to create an outage notification which is viewable by all users of the ISA platform.
Authorization Requirements:
You must have administrative permissions to configure the System Message.
Configuring the System Message
To configure the System Message
- From the ISA Dashboard, click on the gear symbol at top right.
- Click on System Message.
- Configure the System message fields, as described in the table below, and click on Save.
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| System Message: On/Off | Toggled on/off, based on scheduling settings below. |
| "System maintenance has been scheduled for" | Pick appropriate date from dropdown. |
| "between the hours of..." | Select beginning and ending time for display of the system message. |
| Additional Messaging | Populate the content of the message. |
