About Reports
Reports can be generated from the Global Dashboard or Project Dashboards to provide a snapshot of the current widgets. Created reports are then stored under the Reports section of the Workspace. These reports can be viewed or downloaded.
Creating Reports
To create a report
- Navigate to the Global Workspace Dashboard, or selected Project Workspace Dashboard.
- Click on Create Report at top right.
- The report is generated based on the selected Dashboard view: CISCO or Analyst.
- Provide a title (if the default title is not satisfactory) and scroll to the bottom of the report to click on Save.
- The created report is then stored under the reports section for the applicable Project Workspace or Global Workspace.
Viewing and Downloading Reports
To view/download a report
- From the ISA interface, click on Reports.
- Under Actions click on View or Download for the report of choice.
