System Message

System Message Overview

System message can be used by administrators to create an outage notification which is viewable by all users of the ISA platform.

 


Authorization Requirements:

You must have administrative permissions to configure the System Message.


Configuring the System Message

To configure the System Message

  1. From the ISA Dashboard, click on the gear symbol at top right.
  2. Click on System Message.
  3. Configure the System message fields, as described in the table below, and click on Save.
FieldDescription
System Message: On/OffToggled on/off, based on scheduling settings below.
"System maintenance has been scheduled for"Pick appropriate date from dropdown.
"between the hours of..."Select beginning and ending time for display of the system message.
Additional MessagingPopulate the content of the message.
