Google Search Source - Chrome Extension (Enterprise)

To create a Google Search Source using the Chrome Extension:

1. Navigate to google.com

2. Enter search terms in "parentheses" and run search

  • AND query: enter a space between search terms

  • OR query: enter OR between search terms

3. Right click the Ikanow button and select 'Options'

3. Verify username/password and select 'Login'

4. Click back to the Google search window

5. Left click on the Ikanow button

6. 'Create a new Google Source' box will appear

7. Enter desired tags as necessary

8. Select community from drop down menu

9. Source Package: select 'Create a New Package'

10. Enter Package Name,  select from NLP options and click 'Save'

12. Select 'Create Source'

13. Success message will appear

14. To create an additional Google Search source:

  • repeat Step 2, then skip to Step 5.
