Simple Query Bar
Supports entry of one query term: free text, exact text, or single entity
- Global "*" search returns all documents in selected communities
Entity Suggest
As the user begins to type a search term, a drop-down menu provides a list of suggested entities (who, what or where) indexed within the selected communities
Advanced Query Builder
Visually build complex queries by dragging and grouping query terms
Adding Search terms
Entities - targeted search for particular person, place, thing
Events - noun/verb/noun
Locations - lat/long parameters
Times - Date parameters
Save and Load Queries
Once users have built and run a query they find useful, a constructed query can be saved (export) to a location of their choosing (PC desktop, case file)
Saved queries can be loaded (import) and rerun at a later date
The simple query bar appears on the home screen of the Infinit.e User Interface.

Description
Use the advanced query builder to build sophisticated queries to run against your sources. You can combine entities/events with locations and specific times (date). You can import and export queries, and review any previously entered query term settings.
